Return Policy
All OLD PRO GALLERY
Autographed Memorabilia has a Lifetime Guarantee for the
authenticity of the item. Gift Certificates, customized or Special
Orders may not be returned for refund, exchange or online credit.
OLD PRO GALLERY will authorize exchanges or issue online credit for
items returned within three (3) business days after customer receipt
in undamaged original condition and original packaging, accompanied
by all original Certificate(s) of Authenticity, Authentication
Papers, Holograms and proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued only
in the event that a product is no longer available.
Customers assume responsibility for the insurance and condition of
items to be returned to OLD PRO GALLERY. OLD PRO GALLERY reserves
the right to inspect the condition of returned merchandise and
verify all relevant paperwork before issuing an exchange or online
credit. PLEASE NOTE: There will be a 15% Re-stocking Fee and the
shipping costs of the original order will be deducted from refunds.
New shipping costs will be added on to items that are exchanged.
Store credit may be used at any time and towards any item of your
choice. Special orders must be cancelled by the end of the business
day that they are placed, otherwise they may not be retracted,
refunded or returned.
